Mr. Pouliot
has over 35 years of experience practicing law. Our
practice is limited to family law or, as some people say, divorce law. Our
office is located in the County of San
Diego, State of California.
We limit our practice to Family
Law. Concentration of our expertise
and experience in this one area (sometimes referred to as divorce law) benefits
our clients by allowing us to strive
for the best outcome in an efficient
and cost-effective manner.
We typically handle
all types of non-litigation matters in the Family Law or divorce
field. Since we have now "retired" from litigation matters, we concentrate on mediation matters. Since being "retired" means lower overhead, our fees are also lower. We will also consider unbundling, or Limited Scope Legal Assistance (see Questions under the Resources tab). We represent clients in cases
